Dream and Design is a partnership dedicated to its vision of a Western Visayas where academic institutions, and commercial, industrial and governmental and non-governmental organizations have research components manned with well-trained, skilled, competent and globally competitive researchers capable of generating knowledge and technologies in all aspects, which are essential in improving the economy, conserving the environment and upgrading the quality of life in the region.

In the pursuit of its legitimate business, the partnership has tasked itself with a mission, which it considers as its raison d’etre. With such reason for its existence, Dream and Design will complement the efforts of academic institutions in the region to develop researchers who possess unflagging dedication in the search for truth and knowledge by arousing in them the interest to delve deeper into their respective fields of specialization, instilling in them the appropriate attitude and values, and equipping them with skills and expertise to carry out quality research works expected to give outputs useful for their utility and practical applications.
